ملخص البحث يهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم المقاصد الشرعية، والتعريف بموضوعها وأنواعها، وعلاقتها الوثيقة بالأدلة الشرعية وخصوصاً القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، إذ هي غاية وثمرة تلك الأدلة التي يسعى الدين الإسلامي إلى تحقيقها من خلال تشريعاته وأحكامه. كما هدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم السنة النبوية واثبات حجيتها، وتصريح أهمية النكاح المستوفي للأركان والشروط، الذي جعل الدين الإسلامي له مقاصد عظيمة وغايات سامية، وإذا راعى الزوجان تلك المقاصد سيفضي الزواج إلى الحياة السعيدة والنهاية الناجحة، وإذا لم يراعا تظهر المشاكل وتضطرب الحياة الزوجية بينهما. وجاء البحث بدراسة تطبيقية واستنباطية للمقاصد الشرعية على أحاديث النكاح لما في معرفتها فوائد كبيرة على مستوى الفرد والمجتمع، فبين البحث تلك المقاصد واستخرجها من نصوص الحديث النبوي سواء أكانت مقاصد أصلية أم تبعية للحفاظ عليها من قبل الزوجين لما فيها من تأثير إيجابي على حياتهما عند تطبيقها عملياً. الكلمات الافتتاحية: الحديث، دراسة، المقاصد، السنة، النبوية، النكاح. The relationship of the purposes to the Sunnah of the Prophet and its applications to the hadiths of marriage Abstract The research aims to clarify the concept of legitimate purposes, and to define its subject and types, and its close relationship with legal evidence, especially the Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah, as it is the goal and fruit of those evidence that the Islamic religion seeks to achieve through its legislation and rulings. The research also aimed to clarify the concept of the Prophet's Sunnah and prove its authoritativeness, and to declare the importance of marriage that fulfills the pillars and conditions, which made the Islamic religion have great purposes and lofty goals, and if the spouses observe those purposes, the marriage will lead to a happy life and a successful end, and if they do not observe problems appear and marital life is disturbed between them. The research came with an applied and deductive study of the legal purposes on the hadiths of marriage because of their knowledge of great benefits at the level of the individual and society. ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم إحياء السُّنَّة النبوية وآليات إحيائها، فيبين القصد من آليات إحيائها وتأصيل ذلك شرعاً من خلال بيان فضل إحيائها بأحاديث نبوية وآثار الصحابة والتابعين وأقوال العلماء، كما يتطرق البحث إلى بيان مكانة السُّنَّة النبوية ومنزلتها في التشريع الإسلامي، فهي المصدر الثاني بعد القرآن الكريم للشريعة الإسلامية كونها المبينة والمفسرة لمجمله، والمخصصة والمقيدة لعامه ومطلقه، والشارحة لغوامضه، والعاضدة لأحكامه، وكل ذلك مستشهداً بآيات كريمة وبأحاديث نبوية وإجماع الأئمة. ثم جاء البحث ليلقي الضوء على أهم الوسائل والآليات التي تتم بها إحياء السُّنَّة النبوية فمنها التي تتعلق بالتوعية العامة للمسلمين بضرورة نشر السُّنَّة النبوية والعمل بها، ومنها المتعلقة بالمادة العلمية للسنة النبوية، ومنها المتعلقة بالداعين إلى إحياء السُّنَّة النبوية والتمسك بها، وخُتم البحث بخاتمة مفيدة أوجز فيها خلاصة للنتائج التي توصل البحث إليها. الكلمات الدالة: آليات، إحياء، السُّنَّة، مكانة، حجية. Mechanisms of reviving the Sunnah Abstract This research deals with the concept of reviving the Prophetic Sunnah and the mechanisms for its revival, It shows the intent of reviving it and rooting it legally by explaining the virtue of reviving it with prophetic hadiths and the effects of the companions and followers and the sayings of Scientists. The research also deals with the statement of the status of the Prophetic Sunnah and its status in Islamic legislation, as it is the second source after the Holy Qur’an for Islamic law as it is clarified and interpreted for its entirety, specified and restricted for its general and absolute, and explains its ambiguities and supports its provisions, And all of this citing Quranic verses, prophetic hadiths, and the consensus of the imams. Then the research came to shed light on the most important means and mechanisms by which the revival of the Prophetic Sunnah is carried out, some of which are related to the general awareness of Muslims of the necessity of spreading the Prophetic Sunnah and working with it, including those related to the scientific material of the Prophetic Sunnah, including those related to those calling for the revival of the Prophetic Sunnah and adherence to it, and the research concluded with a useful conclusion.
