This research aims to investigate the Role of Organizational Virtuousness dimensions (integrity, optimism, trust, and forgiveness) in Reinforcing Organizational Attractiveness, and the Private institutes in Dohuk Governorate was selected to perform the practical field of the research The research’s sample included (47)part-time academicians from a total population of (77) Part-time lecturers, Questionnaire form was designed In electronic form through (Google Forms) with the help of a set of experts precise specialization in organization Science for data collection, the data were analyzed using several statistical methods. The research concluded some suggestions stating the existence of a positive significant correlation and effect between Organizational Virtuousness dimensions and Organizational Attractiveness, Finally, this research has Its informal expression, should be changed with presented a number of Suggestions for the studied institutes which are attracting distinguished visiting teachers in the performance of their duties, Preparing special programs to Reinforcing Organizational Attractiveness, direct them in a positive mannerIts better to remove the coma, that would develop the spirit of loyalty and commitment at the Institute.
