* Research interest: Molecular Medicine, Molecular Biology, Medical Physiology, Oncology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, and Genetics.

* Medical and Molecular techniques and methods: o PCR: qPCR, RT-PCR, and conventional PCR, PCR optimization. o Immunoblotting: Western blotting, ELISA, dot-blot. o Immunoprecipitation: Chromatin immunoprecipitation (Chip-Seq and Chip-qPCR), RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP-seq and RIP-qPCR), Co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) followed by WB or Mass spectrometry, and Crosslinking immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (CLIP-seq). o Immunostaining: Immunocytochemistry o Cell and Tissue culture: cell culture of adherent and suspension cells, cell pasages, and cryopreservation. o Assays: Wound healing, migration, invasion, and proliferation assay. o Primer and Probe designing o Extraction methods: Nucleic acid extraction (Eukaryotic, prokaryotic, and gel) and protein extraction (Cytoplasmic and Nuclear) o Protein determination: BCA assay, Bradford assay, and Qubit 4 based determination) o Transfection (lipofectamine and electroporation) and transformation (heat shock). o Gene knockdown (RNA silencing) o Gene knock-in (plasmid insertion) o Site-directed mutagenesis (generate mutation) o Electrophoresis: PAGE, Agarose Gel Electrophoresis. o Staining gel and blots: Silver staining, Ponsue Red, BradFord, and ComasieBlue. o Microscope: Confocal Microscope (nondependent), widefield fluorescence microscope, Light Microscope, Dark-field Microscopy, Dissecting Microscope. o Sequencing analysis: KEGG, Venn graph, Reactome, Heatmap, ... ect. o Analysis programs: ImageLab, ImageJ, Graphpad, ... etc. o Others: Sonication (Eukaryotic and Prokaryotic), Spectrophotometer, Nanodrop, Plate reader, Autoclaving, ...etc.

* Medical and Molecular Computer Program: o GraphPad prism: for Statistical analysis o PhotoScape and ImageJ: Image analyzer for multiple techniques o Image Lab: Western blot analysis o Snap gene and Serial Cloner: for gene manipulation o Quant Studio and Step One: For qPCR o ZEN: for confocal microscopy o Nanodrop Program: Nucleic acid quality and quantity detection. o Plate reader program o IBS and Biorender: Create figure, sketch, and diagrams. o Mendeley and RefWorks: referencing programs. o Excel: for Analyzing NGS data, qPCR fold enrichment, RIP-seq, Chip-seq fold enrichment.
