صدى المفاوضات بين الحكومة الفرنسية وقيادة الثورة الجزائرية في جريدة خةبات/ النضال (1959- 1961) الملخص أولت الصحافة العراقية اهتماماَ خاصاَ بالقضية الجزائرية بعد ثورة 14 تموز 1958، و حاولت تقديم العون للثورة الجزائرية بكل الطرق الممكنة. كما ان الصحافة الكوردية في العراق وبصورة خاصة جريدة (خةبات/ النضال) لسان حال الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني، قدَّمت دعمها للثورة الجزائرية، و خصصت صفحات عديدة لنشر المواضيع عن تطورات الثورة الجزائرية، وكانت تراقب الأخبار السياسية للثورة، و قد تم تخصيص هذا البحث للدراسة في كيفية تقدم المفاوضات بين الحركة التحررية الجزائرية وحكومة الاحتلال الفرنسي، لا سيما انها مرت بمخاض صعب وعسير، حتى تمكنت الجزائر في النهاية من تحقيق استقلالها. Echo of Negotiations Between the French Government and the Leadership of the Algerian Revolution In Khabat newspaper/ Al-Nidhal (struggle ( (1959- 1961) Abstract The Iraqi press paid special attention to the Algerian issue after the revolution of July 14, 1958, and tried to provide assistance to the Algerian revolution in all possible ways. The Kurdish press in Iraq, especially the newspaper (Khabat/ Al-Nidhal- struggle), the mouthpiece of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, provided its support for the Algerian revolution. Many pages were devoted to publishing topics on the developments of the Algerian revolution, and it was monitoring the political news of the revolution. This research has been devoted to the study of how the negotiations progressed between the Algerian liberation movement and the French occupation government, especially as it went through a difficult and complicated labor, until Algeria was finally able to achieve its independence.

The interpretations differed in analyzing the significance of sectarian sedition events in Egypt's modern history. However, the ruling authority bears a big amount of responsibility about stressing the atmospheres and provoking sectarian sedition, because the president Sadat resorted to enter into political alliances and combine the power of the church with political Islam. He played on all ropes with all sides. At the time that the Coptic Church noticed that the regime allied whit the political Islam in order to achieve some of its political goals which raised their deep concern about the continuation of that policy and the effects of discrimination against them. In other side political Islam groups had seen that the regime aligned whit the church especially procrastination in the application of Islamic law, while the regime had seen that the both sides the church and the political Islam are elements of threatening the security and political destabilization. The authority did not hesitate in exercising that policy to contain the political conflicts with sound logic and finding exchange trust between them, which has lost its political correctness largely and the inability of the authority to maintain a balance between the two sides with political skillful and wisdom. This ultimately mode both sides rivals to the government as well as ideological conflict between the both sides, which led to escalating tensions and consequently violent clashes.

شيرزاد زكريا محمد و خلات موسى يوسف إحياء عيد نوروز في كوردستان- العراق وموقف الحكومات العراقية منها 1921 - 1970 عيد نوروز هو عيد قديم يحتفل به الشعوب الآرية ومنها الشعب الكوردي، ويعد الكورد هذا العيد جزءاً من تراثهم وله بُعْد تاريخي و قومي وديني وجغرافي، ولهذا يُحييونه منذ مئات السنين. واجه الاحتفال بهذا العيد الكثير من العقبات طوال التاريخ، وبذل أعداء الكورد الكثير من الجهود من اجل ابعاد هذا العيد عنهم وعدم الاحتفال به، واستخدموا في سبيل ذلك الكثير من الحجج السياسية والقومية والدينية الواهية. ان اهمية نوروز للكورد تكمن في كونه بداية سنتهم الجديدة، وبداية موسم جديد، كما ويعدونه يوم الحرية والوقوف ضد الظلم والاستبداد. وعلى الرغم من كل العقبات التي وضعتها الحكومات العراقية المتعاقبة لمنع احياء هذا العيد، الا ان الكورد في كوردستان العراق ولاسيما في سنوات الثلاثينيات وما بعدها من القرن العشرين، اضفوا روحاً جديدة لهذا العيد وأحيوه بالسر والعلن، ودفع الكورد الكثير من الضحايا وتعرضوا للكثر من اللآلام من اجل احياء هذا العيد. The revival of Nawruz in Kurdistan-Iraq and the stance of Iraqi regimes from 1921 till 1970 against it. Nawruz is an ancient festival celebrated mostly by nations who share Aryan race roots including the Kurds. This festival is considered part of their culture, and heritage. It has been revived for hundreds of years due to its importance in terms cultural, historical, ethnical, religious, and geographical dimensions. Festival’s celebration has faced many obstacles throughout the history. The enemies of the Kurds has exerted tremendous efforts for the sake of distancing the Kurds from Nawruz using many false political, ethnical, and religious pretensions. This Festival is extremely significant for the Kurds as it marks the beginning of Kurdish New Year, the start of a new season, and fighting for freedom against oppression and tyranny. Despite all the constraints which were put by subsequent Iraqi regimes to prevent the revival of Nawruz, especially in the 1930s and later in the 20th century, nevertheless the Kurds in northern Iraq have shown great resilient spirits and celebrated it in secret and public. For this, they have endured lots pain and sacrifices.
