The Role of Entrepreneurial Networking in Enhancing Strategic Sustainability: A study of the opinions of a sample of managers in manufacturing companies for the production of construction materials in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq

This study aims to identify the correlation and effect between the entrepreneurial networking types and strategic sustainability in a number of manufacturing companies for the production of construction materials in the Kurdistan Region – Iraq. To achieve the research aim, three hypotheses were developed; the first indicates that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurial networking types and strategic sustainability; the second indicates that entrepreneurial networking types significantly impact strategic sustainability; the third indicates that there are significant differences among the companies considered towards the study variables according to the personal characteristics of the participants. Using a non-random sample technique, the questionnaire was distributed to managers in the considered companies; 440 questionnaires were valid for the analysis. The study used a group of statistical tools to analyze data by employing the (SPSS) and (Amos) software. The study reached a set of conclusions, including that entrepreneurial networking (represented by social, business-focused, and inter-organizational strategic networks) in the considered companies contributes to achieve strategic sustainability that require an economic, environmental, and social orientation. In light of the results of the present study, the researchers suggest a number of recommendations, including that the considered companies need to strengthen their entrepreneurial networks and make good use of their social, business, or strategic relationships with other organizations.

يهدف البحث الحالي الى وصف وتشخيص عناصر ر أس المال المعرفي وهي )ر أس المال البشري ، ر أس المال الهيكلي ، ر أس المال الزبائني( ومجالات التغيير التنظيمي وهي )ال تغيير الهيكلي ، تغيير المهام ، التغيير التكنلوجي( في المنظمة المبحوثة، بالاضافة الى التاكيد على اهمية دور وامتلاك ر أس المال المعرفي في الوصول الى التغيير التنظ يمي الفاعل، واعتمد البحث على برنامج ) SPSS- 71 ( ومجموعة من الوسائل الاحصائية الاخرى من اجل التحليل الاحصائي والوصول الى نتائج العلاقات بين المتغيرات، وتم اس تخدام الاستبانة في جمع البيانات المطلوبة للجانب العملي من البحث حيث تم توزيع ) 41 ( اس تمارة على رؤساء الاقسام والوحدات الادارية في جامعة زاخو وتم استرجاع ) 01 ( اس تمارة فقط. وتم التوصل الى عدد من الاس تنتاجات والتوصيات ، من اهمها: ان توافر ر أس المال المعرفي في المنظمات يعد متطلبا اساس يا ومهما لتحقيق ال تغيير التنظ يمي الفاعل فيها ويدعم توجهات يطة بها. في حين كان من اهم المقترحات : التاكيد على زيادة الاهتمام بتنمية ودعم ر أس المال المعرفي في المنظمة وذلك 􀟾 المنظمات التي تسعى للبقاء والنمو والتكيف مع البيئة الخارجية ا لان الافراد الذين يحملون المعرفة يعتبرون القوة التي تحرك وتدفع عملية التغيير فيها.

The research aim to investigute the role of empowerment dimensions on smart organization characteristies among managers in business organizations in Duhok Governorate، The research variables was based on previos literatureto provid a theoretical framework for the research variables (empowerment and its dimension and the characteristics of smart organization). In order to achieve the objective of the research، The researchers based on the questionnaires as amin tool to collect the research data (57) questionnaires were analyzed by the managers as the sample، after testing the reliability of the questionnaire. The data were analyzed using many statistical tools and (SPSS)، the research found number of suggestions for the organizations of the research sample، including the need for accurate and objective informationto insure that the organization has the charateristics of the organization. Enabling them to face the current and future environment.

The Role of Strategic Leadership Dimensions in Achieving the Strategic Capabilities

This research aims to investigate the role of strategic leadership dimensions in achieving the strategic capabilities at university of Zakho, and the university of Zakho was selected to perform the practical field of the research and the sample of research included (80) from the teaching staff, a form of questionnaire was designed for data collection, the data were analyzed using several statistical tools. The most important of research conclusions are: A positive significant correlation between strategic leadership dimensions and strategic capabilities in surveyed university, and a positive significant effect from strategic leadership dimensions in strategic capabilities in surveyed university. The research found a set of proposals the most important of them was: it is necessary for university management of Zakho to work for allocate a budget to invest in modern technology means through the purchase of modern techniques to be ensures generate the knowledge for her staff.

Investigate The Availability Of Servant Leadership Characteristics Among The Administrative Leaders In Business Organizations In Dohuk Province And Diagnose Their Role In Achieving Organisational Excellence

The research aims to investigate the availability of Servant leadership characteristics among the administrative leaders in business organizations in Dohuk province and diagnose their role in achieving Organisational excellence. to address this issue theoretical framework has been presented on Servant leadership and Organisational excellence , hypotheses formulated to verify the relationship between the characteristics of Servant leadership and Organisational excellence , in order to verify the hypotheses ,number of fundamental questions within the questionnaire developed , which was the main tool for collecting field data and has answered by form (60) of individuals working in a number of business organizations in the province of Dohuk. Data was analyzed using averages, standard deviations, as well as simple linear regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the results were extracted using statistical software (SPSS). The study found a number of conclusions the main was the significant correlation between the independent variable (Servant leadership) and Organisational excellence, and the existence of a significant effect of Servant leadership on Organisational Excellence. The study concluded with number of sugestions concerning the organizations under study was the most important need for the administrative leadership work in the surveyed organizations meet the needs of individuals working in the organization so that they can meet the challenges and rapid environmental changes to achieve Organisational excellence.
