Simultaneous Measurements of Various Electrodermal Activity Parameters for Psychophysiological Applications

2019-02-20
Electrodermal activity (EDA) refers to the change in the electrical properties of the skin in response to sweat secretion. Investigation of EDA measurement has been done for more than 100 years ago, and its measurements are widely used in clinical applications. The aims of this work were: (a) to record EDA responses simultaneously generated by different types of psychological stimuli, (b) to record EDA responses simultaneously under the influence of relative humidity (RH), and (c) to record EDA responses simultaneously generated by a sequence of painful stimuli.
