MSc. (Use of Salmonella enterica Typhimurium DT104 Isolate Expressing lux Genes to Study the Antimicrobial Pharmacodynamics of Ciprofloxacin).

This MSc. project was focusing on the impact of the ciprofloxacin antibiotic on the Salmonella enterica so as to determine the MIC of the antibiotic throughout the measurement of the bio-luminescence emitted from the bacteria.
