The existing research aims to present the nature of the organizational environment, with its essential elements (organizational culture - organizational structure - human resources - technological level), which generally affect the behavior of individuals working in the organization, as they have an important and major role in supporting administrative creativity. The research also assumed that there is a statistically significant correlation and influence between the variables of the organizational environment and administrative creativity in the faculties investigated. It was tested using a questionnaire form, as a means of collecting data, which was distributed to a random sample consisting of (50) people out of a population whose total number was (95) individuals, who represent faculty members in the investigated colleges of the University of Dohuk . All questionnaire forms were received and suitable for analysis. To process the data, the program (SPSS: V. 25) was used, through which frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean and standard deviation were obtained to describe, analyze and diagnose the research axes. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: 1- The presence of positive moral correlations between elements of the organizational environment and administrative creativity in the investigated colleges. 2- There is a significant effect of the elements of the organizational environment, together and separately, on administrative creativity, at the level of all colleges in the research sample. The research concluded with a set of proposals for the researched colleges, the most important of which is that the researched colleges at the University of Dohuk must be keen to improve and develop the scientific methods used, because they work to support and develop administrative creativity in these colleges.
