واقع تطبيق عملية بولونيا في التعليم من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة زاخو

الملخص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة زاخو حول واقع تطبيق عملية بولونيا في التعليم الجامعي، والتعرف على الفروق في وجهات نظرهم تبعاً للمتغيرات الديمغرافية: )الجنس، والصف، والتخصص (. وتكونت عينة البحث من ) 750 ( طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بصورة طبقية عشوائية من الكليات والفاكلتيات التابعة لجامعة زاخو، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعد الباحثون استبانة تكونت من ) 41 ( فقرة موزعة على أربعة ابعاد. وتم التأكد من مؤشرات صدقها وثباتها. عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار) ت( لعينة واحدة ولعينتين مستقلتين. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن واقع تطبيق عملية بولونيا من وجهة نظر الطلبة هو جيد أو عالٍ، وتبين أن هناك فرق دال في وجهة نظر الطلبة حول واقع تطبيق عملية بولونيا يعزى لمتغير التخصص الدراسي لصالح الاختصاصات الانسانية، في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة في وجهات نظرهم تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس والصف. وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. الكلمات الدالة : واقع ، عملية بولونيا ، التعليم الجامعي ، جامعة زاخو.

The aim of the research is to identify the trends of psychology department’s students toward the educational and psychological subjects at the university of Zakho according to the variable of gender and the studying stage, the research sample consisted of (109) male and female students of the psychology department/faculty of education at the university of Zakho for the academic year (2014-2015). They were randomly selected from 1st, 2nd and 3rd stages. The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive method for describing the phenomenon as it is in reality. For achieving the research goal and testing its questions the researchers put a criterion for the trends to measure the research sample members’ trends toward the educational and psychological subjects and it consisted of (71) questions. The questions were divided into (31) negative statements and (40) positive statements and were about six topics the importance of psychology and its application, cognitive awareness of psychological topics, choosing a career in psychology, topics related to scholars of psychology, topics related to the psychological researches and what is related to the teachers of the department and the teaching methods. The researchers investigated its reliability and firmness then applied it on the members of the research sample. After collecting and analysing the data by using SPSS the statistic bag and analysing the T test for two independent samples and F test for one direction, and the results showed the following: 1. Availability of a statistical difference at an equation level of (0.05) between the achieved average for the trends of the students of psychology department towards their educational and psychological subjects, the hypothetical average and in favor of the achieved average. 2. Unavailability of a statistical difference at an equation level of (0.05) between the average trends of the participants of the research and according to the gender variable. 3. Unavailability of statistical difference at an equation level of (0.05) between the average trends of the participants of the research and according to the academic stage variable. The aim of this research is to know the degree of application of basic education teachers in Zakho city for their educational roles in the ICT era, and to know the differences in their answers to the research tool according to variables (educational qualification, years of experience, gender, and training courses). The sample of the study consisted of (246) teachers of basic education in Zakho city, they were randomly selected from the basic education schools, and applied to the research questionnaire, which was prepared by the researcher after verifying its validity and stability. The results indicated that: 1. The presence of low grade teachers in basic education in the exercise of their educational roles in the era of information and communication technology on the total questionnaire and on both the field (scientific knowledge of technological means / evaluation / planning and design / use of educational equipment), but in the areas of (educational attitude management / Enrich the learning environment) The practice of teachers was moderate. 2. There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers in the exercise of their educational roles in the age of information and communication technology according to the variable of educational qualification and sex variable. 3. There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers in the exercise of their educational roles in the age of information and communication technology, according to the variable years of experience, for the benefit of teachers with years of experience from 5 years and more and variable training courses and for those who followed training courses. The study aims to identify the rank of terminal values and time orientation from view point of students in basic schools in the city of Zakho, to identify differences between their attitudes depending on the variables (family economic state, parents living, residence in town or villages, family's economic state, number of family's members). The sample of research consisted of (244) students selected in whole according to random sampling method. For this purpose researchers used scale of ( RVS- Rokeach Value Survey ), consisting of ( 28 ) values, as well as Israeli (1932) and Farber(1953) ways, which demands to be ranged by students after studying them and according to their wish. The scale extracted psychometric properties, and for the purpose of processing data has been used appropriated statistical methods and SPSS. The results shows value of (family) gains first rank among terminal values, and also found there is no statically significant differences according to variables of ( sex and parents living and work, and time variable), and also found there is statically significant differences according to variables of (week days), in the benefit of ( weeks' end days). The results also showed that students have a futures time orientation.

The aim of study is to testify the statistical hypotheses concerning the significant differences between attitudes of students of Zakho University toward genocide according to the variables of the study in the academic year (2016/2017). The population and the sample of the research consists of (385) students of Zakho University, which have been selected randomly. The researchers used a questionnaire include of (14) items. The results of the research showed that members of research's sample haven't a negative attitudes toward genocide, which means they hereafter no fear from it, also there is statistical significant differences among them according to the variables of class, and specialization, and no statistical significant differences among them according to the variable of gender, level of families economic and cultural situation, religion and their fathers task. تهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على تقويم الذاتي للمشرفين التربويين والإداريين في مركز قضاء زاخو والتعرف على الفروق تبعا للمتغيرات (الجنس، الشهادة الأكاديمية، التخصص، سنوات الخدمة،)،عام الدراسي (2014-2015) وتألفت عينة البحث من (28) مشرف تربوى و مشرف إداري ، وأستخدم الباحثين مقياساً جاهزاَ لهذا الغرض والمؤلفة من ( 31 ) فقرة، وتم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية، ولغرض معالجة البيانات المستخرجة، تم استخدام الوسائل الاحصائية المناسبة، وتبين وجود مستوى إيجابي من التقويم الذاتي للمشرفين و المشرفات التربويين و الإداريين، مع عدم وجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين التقويم الذاتي لديهم وفقاَ لمتغيرات الدراسة، وعلى ضوء ذلك قدم الباحثين مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.

The aim of study is to investigate the significant differences in the subject of self-evaluation among the Basic and high school's principals point of view according to the variables of gender, academic diploma, kind of school and years of service, social and economic situation in the city of Zakho in the academic year (2015/2016). The population and the sample of the research consists of (80) principals. The questionnaire is the main tool in research which includes of (57) items to evaluating the self-evaluation. The main results of the research reveal that there is some kind of weakness in the proses of Self-evaluation of Basic and high school's principals in the city of Zakho, also there is no statistical significant differences among them according to the study's variables. The study presented some suggestions and recommendations in the light of results.

This study aims to find out the extent to which the basic schools in the province of Dohuk have achieved the requirements of strategic planning through the following detailed objectives : 1 - To know whether the basic schools in the province of Dohuk have achieved the requirements of the strategic planning in general from the point of view of the administrative staff, the teaching staff, and the supervisory staff. 2 - To know whether the basic schools in the province of Dohuk have achieved the requirements of the strategic planning according to: the strategic management, environmental awareness, effective communication system, strategic informational system, activities, school programs and behavioral manifestation, from the point of view of the administrative staff, the teaching staff, and the supervisory staff. 3 - Are there significant differences between the views of all of the administrative, teaching and supervisory staffs in schools achievement of the requirements of strategic planning, regardless the fields in the basic schools in the province of Dohuk? 4 - Are there significant differences between the views of all of the administrative staff, teaching staff, and the supervisory staff, in the achievement of the requirements of the strategic planning in every area of the questionnaire? And ramifies from this objective the following detailed aims: A - Are there significant differences between the views of the administrative, staff, and the supervisory staff in the field of strategic management? B - Are there significant differences between the views of the administrative, staff, and the supervisory staff in the field of environmental awareness. C - Are there significant differences between the views of the administrative, staff, and the supervisory staff in the field of effective communication system . F- Are there significant differences between the views of the administrative, staff, and the supervisory staff in the field of behavioral manifestation. This research study is framed by the following limitations: 1 - Supervisors in Directors and their coordinators in basic school teachers the basic schools. 2 - The province of Dohuk. 3 - The academic year 2012 /2013. The researcher has utilised the questionnaire as a research tool. It included (70) items for the purpose of achieving the goals of the study. the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assured The samples counted of (468) administrative, Instructional and supervisory respondent in Dohuk province. The researcher used Likert equation, the arithmetic mean, Anova and the Dancan equation in order to achieve the research aims. The study results indicated: 1 - The members of the administrative, teaching, and supervisory staff agreed that the basic schools have achieved ( to some extent ) the requirements of strategic planning. 2 –The three bodies agreed ( to some extent ) that the strategic planning requirements have been achieved in all six fields of the study. 3 - There are significant differences between the views of the three bodies and in favor of the perspective of the administrative body with the largest arithmetic mean among the three groups. 4 – The fourth goal there are significant differences between the views of the administrative, staff, and the supervisory body. A- Field of strategic management for the benefit of the administrative body. B - Field of environmental awareness in favor of the administrative body . C - Field of effective communication system for the benefit of the administrative body. D - Field of strategic information system for the benefit of the administrative body. E- Field of school activities and programs for the benefit of the administrative body. F- Field of behavioral manifestation for the benefit of the administrative body. According to the results that the researcher reached he offered a number of suggestions and recommendations.
