Research objective: Knowing the role of quality engineering in supports green in chemical industry companies that have obtained environmental approval in the Independent Administrations/ Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Research Methodology: The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach, as it is characterized by flexibility in collecting data from multiple sources, allowing adaptation to the nature of the data and research conditions, which enhances the reliability of the results and contributes to providing practical recommendations based on scientific foundations. Research community and sample: The research community was represented by the chemical industry companies that obtained environmental approval in the independent administrations/Kurdistan Region of Iraq that were studied and represented by the administrations (Zakho, Soran, Raparin and Garmiyan). The research sample included all unit managers, numbering (175) Person, as (175) questionnaires were distributed to the intentional sample, and (147) were retrieved, while the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was (137), thus the response rate was (84%). Statistical tools used: The program (SPSS Ver. 27) was used to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire, and to use statistical methods related to analyzing the research hypothesis test. Key research findings: Quality engineering and its dimensions have a positive and direct impact on green operations in chemical industry companies that have obtained environmental approval. Key research recommendations: The management of the companies studied must consider green logistics activities for both forward and reverse logistics in the production chain for environmental safety.
This research aims to explore the role of quality culture in strengthening institutional standing in commercial banks participating in the e-financing project (My Account) in Duhok Governorate. The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, as it allows for adaptation to the nature of the data and research conditions. The research sample included (58) employees from the banks surveyed, totaling (94) individuals. The questionnaire was designed in Arabic and Kurdish to collect field data. This research relied on the (SPSS. Version 27) program to analyze the data, using a set of statistical tools to describe the research variables, correlations, and influences. One of the most important conclusions reached by the research is the existence of significant positive correlations and influences between the dimensions of quality culture and institutional standing in the banks surveyed. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, most notably the need for the banks surveyed to focus on the principles and ethics of their work, as well as to promote a work environment based on mutual respect and appreciation.

تحليل أثر التحول الرقمي على مستقبل المنظمة - Analyzing the Impact of Digital Transformation on the Organization Future
Research objective: To determine the extent to which digital transformation impacts the future of the organization at private institutes in the Zakho Independent Administration.
Research methodology: The research adopted a descriptive and analytical approach because it allows for adaptation to the nature of the data and research conditions.
Research population and sample: The research population comprised all functional staff (administrative and teaching) at private institutes in the Zakho Independent Administration, totaling (112). (112) questionnaires were distributed to these individuals and (86) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis to form the research sample.
Data collection and analysis methods: The questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting data for the analytical aspect. Data was analyzed using (SPSS. V.27)using a number of statistical methods, including arithmetic means, standard deviations, frequency percentages, correlation coefficients, and regression.
Main research results: Digital transformation and its dimensions have a positive and direct impact on the future of the organization at the researched institutes.
Main research recommendations: The management of the researched institutes must engage their staff in the digital transformation process and develop them through technology courses, which will build a better future for the organization.

This research aims to The Impact of Environmental Leadership on Green Operations in Chemical Industry Companies in the Independent Administrations /Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The research sample included (212) department managers in all chemical industry companies in the independent administrations, where their number reached (279) department managers. The questionnaire form was designed in paper and electronic form through (Google Forms) in three languages: Arabic, English and Kurdish, with the aim of collecting field data. The questionnaire form was subjected to a validity test by presenting it to a number of arbitrators with precise specialization in the field of production and operations management. These data were analyzed using a number of statistical tools such as research and its variations using the program (SPSS. V.27), which included all of the recursive distributions Objectives, mathematical centers and standard deviation, As well as the use of some of the latter relevant statistical tools to analyze the search terms of the simple matching and quantitative by the method (Spearman) and combined simple and quantitative (Regression Analysis). It is evident from the results of the survey that companies in the chemical industries are committed to improving environmental policies and practices Companies, and appreciation of the desire of the leadership of the companies to focus on the attention of the employees or the attention to the natural environment. Finally, this research has concluded some suggestions its need for leaders of the companies surveyed to take into account environmental safety and use alternatives to traditional fuels, such as renewable energy, in logistics operations.

The Degree to which Faculty Members at University of Zakho apply Knowledge Management in their University Activities - درجة تطبيق أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة زاخو لإدارة المعرفة في أنشطتهم الجامعية
The aim of the research is to identify the degree of application of the faculty members at the University of Zakho to knowledge management in their university activities, and to determine the statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample on the knowledge management scale according to the research variables (specialization - scientific rank).
The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the knowledge management scale prepared by the researchers was used, and the scale was applied to a sample of (110) faculty members.
Among the most important search results: There are different differences in the opinions of faculty members about the degree of application of knowledge management in their university activities, and the degree of application is medium. However, there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the sample on the knowledge management scale according to the specialization variable, and it is due to the greater average, who are faculty members with scientific specialization. Also, there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the sample on the knowledge management scale according to the scientific rank variable and in favor of the larger average, who are the faculty members of the scientific rank of professor.

The current research aims to Recognition on The interactive impact of Arrogant Leadership Characteristics (Anger, Vanity, Dominance) in Organizational Cynicism in populace institutions -Zakho independent administration. and the Zakho independent administration. was selected to perform the practical field of the research and the sample of research included (120) from the Managers of the main administrative units. a set of statistical methods were used to analyze the data and arrive at the required results, such as: frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, (T) & (F) test in (SPSS V. 21). The research came to a number of conclusions; the most important one is the existence of a positive significant correlation and effect between Arrogant Leadership in and Organizational Cynicism of institutions under research. Finally, this research has Its informal expression, some points were suggested for the institutions under research which are The need for the Zakho independent administration team Follow up managers dealing with employees through supervisory committees and field visits and develop them through preparing administrative and leadership courses or workshops to enhance their skills and direct employees in a positive direction that will develop the spirit of loyalty and commitment in those institutions.

Tourism is one of the most dynamic sectors across the world, it is an effective way
to bring income from hard currency, reduce the unemployment rate and contribute
to the national income which results in an increase in state revenues, therefore the
development of tourism reflects positively on economic and social development ,
while sustainable tourism marketing is considered a tool to create various conditions
that help achieve this development and face any trouble in the market or economic
situation, the research tried to determine the impact of sustainable tourism
marketing on tourism development based on the hypothetical model where two
basic hypotheses were built and theoretical framework was prepared using the
literature on the topic, research sample consisted of workers in the directorate of
public tourism in the city of Dohuk and the questionnaire was used as a main tool to
collect the data that were analyzed by making use of the (spss) program , the
research reached several conclusions, the most important was that the tourism
development depends primarily on the extent to which the directorate has adopted
sustainable marketing practices with serious and real steps to improve the tourism
reality of the city, as for the most important proposals , it was represented in the
necessity to provide training and educational programs for the workers in tourism
sectors or the accompanying sector for the benefit of employees and for the benefit
of tourism as well and this will be reflected in the tourism sector itself .
