Professional Experience

Dr. Ramadhan J. Mstafa is originally from Duhok, Iraq. He received a BSc degree in computer science from the University of Salahaddin, Erbil, Iraq in 2003 and an MSc degree in computer science from the University of Duhok, Duhok, Iraq in 2008. Dr. Mstafa received a Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA in 2017. Dr. Mstafa is an Assistant Professor at the University of Zakho, Iraq. His research interests include image processing, information security, watermarking, and steganography. He has published several papers in international journals and conferences in his areas of expertise. Dr. Mstafa has a role as a reviewer in many prestige journals such as IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, Springer, Springerplus, MDPI, and PLOS ONE international journals. Dr. Mstafa is a member of several technical and honorary societies such as IEEE Computer Society and ACM. He also has more than 15 years of teaching experience in different universities and technical institutes in Iraq.
