The study examined The Concept of Entrepreneurial leadership (EL) as one of the most modern leadership styles in the literature of business administration, this type of leadership is driving the events and generates changes in general environment and the business environment in particular, make the management of organizations to respond to these changes in different strategies for success and Entrepreneurship. The basic idea of this study concentrate on how to achieve Entrepreneurial of the organization, as the pioneering achievement of the organization requires leadership capable of providing an ethical working environment and adopt flexible structures that able to compete and proactive in devising and providing all that is new and unfamiliar. The study aims to identify the implications of the relationship between Entrepreneurial leadership and work ethic in achieving the requirements of the Entrepreneurial organization, in order to verify this aims the study consisted of (49) of business organization in the Kurdistan region of Iraq as a sample, and adopted the Questionnaire as a main tool to collect the data of the field side, and distributed on (94) of workers in the management of those organizations. The most important results of study indicates that there is a significant effect of Entrepreneurial leadership and work ethic in achieving the requirements of the Entrepreneurial Organization, the Entrepreneurial leadership affect the requirements of the Entrepreneurial organization levels more than the impact of work ethic which.
